METALfab 2024, scheduled January 23-26 in Nashville, TN, is the annual convention & trade show of the National Ornamental and Miscellaneous Metals Association (NOMMA) and is held in conjunction with the American Fence Association's FENCETECH 2024.

- NOMMA Members: $28 per square foot
- Non-Members: $36 per square foot
Payment Information
Before October 1, 2023, a 50% deposit is required with the contract. Booths reserved October 1, 2023 and beyond, require a full payment at the time of reservation.
All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars. Checks should be made out to American Fence Association and mailed to the following address:

What's Included
METALfab 2024 exhibit space rental includes:
- Company ID sign with company name and booth number. (for in-line/non-island booths)
- 8' high black draped back wall (for in-line/non-island booths)
- 3' high black draped side rails (for non-corner in-line/non-island booths)
- Company and Product Listing on the METALfab 2024 Online Floor Plan and Exhibitor Directory
- Two (2) booth personnel show badges per 10'x10' booth space rented. Additional personnel badges can be purchased for $50 per person.
- Online Exhibitor Services Manual
Your exhibit space rental does NOT include:

Floor covering - Booth carpet or other appropriate floor covering is required for all exhibits. You may bring your own floor covering with you, or you may rent it from our general services contractor, The Expo Group (TEG). (contacts will be provided closer
to the event)
- Electrical outlets or access to electricity. This may be ordered through the Exhibitor Services Manual.
- Material handling/Freight delivery. You can work directly with TEG on this.

Booth cleaning: TEG provides aisle cleaning each night and once before the show opens. If you would like to purchase cleaning for within your booth, please order this through the Exhibitor Services Manual.
- Lead retrieval services. ATS is the official provider of lead retrieval services, and you can order this through the Exhibitor Services Manual.

Exhibitor Insurance: All exhibitors are required to have general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing, with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. If you do not have it, we have negotiated
an $84 rate from our partner, Rainprotection Insurance Solutions.
