Exhibitor Portal Access

Available to confirmed exhibitors only. You will use the Exhibitor Portal to make payments, download invoices & receipts, update your booth contacts, make changes to your online company descriptions, etc. Your primary logistics contact as designated by your company is the only person who has access to this portal. The portal can be accessed online, using the UserName and Password provided when you signed up. If you have any trouble accessing the portal, please contact Jim Hawarden at METALfab@nomma.org or at (314) 561.6717. Please note that this is a different system from your NOMMA Member Profile.

Tuesday, February 28: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (All Halls/All Exhibitors)
Wednesday, March 1: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM (All Halls/All Exhibitors, Final Setup Within Booth Space Only)

Wednesday, March 1: 12 Noon - 4:00 PM, Opening Happy Hour on the Show Floor from 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Thursday, March 2: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday, March 3: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Move-Out Hours

Friday, March 3: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Registration & Housing

You will receive a custom email from American Tradeshow Services, our official registration company with instructions on how to register your booth personnel. Once you are registered, you will receive instructions on how to book your rooms through our discounted room blocks. If you have not yet received an email from ATS, please contact them directly at 985.240.5511.

  • TBD: Incentive Rate Deadline for Convention Center Partners
  • January 27: Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) form due, Lead Retrieval early ordering deadline for forms to ATS.
  • January 30: Freeman Discount Price Deadline, First Day for Freeman Warehouse Deliveries
  • February 20: Last Day for Freeman Warehouse Deliveries without and additional surcharge.
  • February 27: Show-Site shipping delivery at Convention Center begins at 8:00am, Early Set-Up - Sponsors and Approved Requests.
  • February 28: Move-In & Exhibitor Set-Up (All Exhibitors)
  • March 3: Last Day of exhibits, dismantle begins at show close (3:00 PM), Dismantle/Move-Out until 9:00 PM
