A NOMMA mentoring relationship is a dynamic exchange between two individuals. The overall goal is to share knowledge and experiences while developing a support system for new NOMMA members. As a mentor you can gain personal satisfaction, transfer your knowledge and grow your network. Mentees receive advice, feedback, and an expanded base of skills, knowledge and networking opportunities.  Encouraging each other to remain active members of NOMMA be building a friendship!

To ensure a successful mentoring relationship, there are expectations for both Mentor and Mentees.
