A Showcase of Outstanding Work from NOMMA Members

The Ernest Wiemann Top Job Contest is a peer-judged competition created to honor outstanding work. NOMMA members from around the world compete for awards in 17 categories, including forged and non-forged work ranging from gates and stairs to furniture and accessories. All entries are showcased during our annual METALfab convention, where NOMMA members select each year’s winners.

How to Enter



To submit your Top Job entry, simply click the “Enter Online Now” button.


You can easily attach photos and pay your entry fee, all online.

Entry Fees


Please include fees with your entry, based on submission date. If you enter more than one project in Top Job, enclose a fee for each entry. For example: send $160 for 2 entries submitted by November 20, 2017.

The Mitch Heitler Award for ExcellenceNamed for an industry visionary who helped found NOMMA in 1959, The Mitch Heitler Award for Excellence is the highest craftsmanship honor given by NOMMA. This coveted award is presented to a gold Top Job winner selected by a panel of judges, and marks the grand finale of our annual Top Job awards banquet.
